Having built a strong foundation by developing the roots of a value based education system through schools across the state of Gujarat, the beginnings of our college were in the premises of St. Xavier’s School, Mirzapur. This began the pursuit of excellence in education with Arts and Science Undergraduate College. We were granted academic autonomy by the UGC in June 2014 enabling us to bring changes in the curricula, admission policy and examination systems with the objective of ensuring quality in education and overall development of our students. The institution now offers specialized courses in Commerce, Computer Applications and Post graduate courses. The College is reaccredited (third cycle) with an A by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for quality education. UGC has granted Potential for Excellence (Phase 3) and DST has bestowed the FIST grant to the College. GSIRF has ranked the college with 5 stars and the NIRF in the top 70 colleges. In the Best Colleges survey by “The Week” and “India Today”, the college has been ranked in the top 50.
