The Help Desk provides information and assistance related to a wide range of areas, including admissions, scholarships, examinations, fee payments, certificates, document requests (such as Bonafide and Migration), campus navigation, ERP access, feedback and grievance collection, and more. In addition, online services are available through ERP login for mark-sheet verification, transcripts, and other certificate requests.
