About Department

Languages connect communities and nations. The knowledge of languages apart from being a communication skill enables creations of books that speak volumes about a nation, a state and its people, culture, and history. The focus, the efforts, the faculty, the activities and culture of the department are oriented towards their students’ growth and well-being.

A curriculum in Hindi includes famous literary works of Shri Ramdarsh Mishra, Shri Raghuvir Chaudhury, and Shri Chinubhai Modi etc. The rapporteur of Hindi literature takes one through a journey of different times, the changes and the progress that India has made in all these years.
