Developing skills for business processes and strong decision making
Blending the academic foundations and industry requirements has always been a lacuna that needs to be filled. A step towards filling this void has materialized as our college has signed a MoU with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), with the latter providing its expertise in Business Process Services. This collaboration has helped us launch this very specialized course of B.Com. (BPS). This is a very unique three year full time degree programme designed by experts of TCS and academia. It is presently running successfully in several colleges in South India and benefits the student community to attain mainstream careers. Although the core focus of this course is to prepare students for a successful professional career in the BPS industry the students can also achieve efficient employability in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Retail markets, Capital markets and so on.
Empower students by giving them a strong foundation in a specialized area of commerce with the objective of enhancing their employability, broadening their horizons and building a mindset of recognizing the talents of every individual without any discrimination of cast, creed and status.
