The department offers MSc Physics. The department has over 5000 books. Research being a priority, the department has a dedicated theoretical Physics Lab and a super computer Lab and publishes in journals of high impact value. Excellence in teaching, developing analytical skills, internships, seminars, and collaborations are the hallmarks of the department. Graduating students from the department are absorbed by premier institutions of higher education in India and abroad. Students of Physics have been excellent in extracurricular activities, social services and in sports.
